*We will only utilize the image of the face, not the full body on images that are uploaded*
-Please avoid uploading images with 3 or more people as we will be unable to identify the face(s) you would like to use for the wrapping paper.
-Bright lighting so face is illuminated. Not dark/dim lighting.
-Faces must be facing forward please avoid side profile pictures.
-Please make sure the picture is clear, not far away or blurry.
-If these requirements above are not met, we will send you an email to request a new picture. This will unfortunately result in a delay in your order.

-Wrapping paper orders may take up to 7 business days to process before shipping. We’re working hard to get your order packaged and on its way to you as quickly as possible!
-We will not Process/Ship orders on National Holidays, please factor in Holidays when placing your order.
-Estimated shipping time frame is 2-5 business days, depending on your location. All orders are shipping from Houston, Tx. Please add processing time to this estimate.
-Customers are responsible for their parcels. We are not responsible for lost of stolen packages.
